Jeff needs to work on his customer service. He called me to tell me what the issues were with my jeep and told me he had to still call my warranty. 2 hours later i called him back and he informed me that he to tell me what the issues were with my jeep and told me he had to still call my warranty. 2 hours later i called him back and he informed me that he was too busy and keeps getting interrupted by customers to call and sit on hold with my warranty company. But excuse me thats his job to call them and not just let my vehicle sit there wasting time in the shop. Will not come back to your guys shop. Had issues the last time as well with xxxxty customer service!! More
