I placed a deposit on a new Jeep. Nothing was ever indicated to me in any of our conversations that it was non refundsble. Nothing was ever signed, and I did not receive any documentation indication it was a non refundsble deposit. Rashid is now telling me I will not get my deposit back. I am still communicating with them trying to get my deposit back. I have never worked with any dealership where a deposit was non refundable and I have purchased many vehicles and placed many deposits on vehicles over the last 40 years. This is completely unacceptable. I will continue to pursue this matter until it is resolved. UPDATE: I called the dealership and talked with Jarrod (one of the managers). He was very professional and pleasant. He took all my information and I explained the situation to him. My deposit was returned and in my account the next day. Other than the disagreement (or misunderstanding), Rashid was also professional and pleasant: I wish we could have resolved the issue prior to giving a poor review and having to call the manager. The matter has been resolved and I have revised my review. More
