Wasn’t terrible service. They didn’t do a good job of keeping me informed when the repair was going to be done. I was told it would be done in (after parts were recieved) one day and I never got a call o keeping me informed when the repair was going to be done. Was informed that it would be done the following day. 4 business days later I recieved my vehicle. I just would have liked to have seen better communication from the service department. My appointment was at 10am. I will never buy a Dodge vehicle again only because Elkhart service terrible n now you are too! You lost me 3 new Dodge vehicles! All because the sevice department doesnt equal as the Sales department. One you enjoy and trust! The other you never want or will meet again! More

I had difficulty unzipping the back window of my Jeep because the teeth were bent. (We recently bought it used out of town and this was our first attempt to unzip.). I called on a Monday and they got me because the teeth were bent. (We recently bought it used out of town and this was our first attempt to unzip.). I called on a Monday and they got me in same day. They were successful in unzipping the window and didn’t charge me. Now THAT is customer service!! Will definitely return when we need other services. More
