Oil change was supposed be less than an hour and it took over 2. I asked for a list of maintenance I should do around 150,000 miles. None was provided. They talk at you then to you. My vehicle now has a knocking sound since leaving service and Amy was rude. I hate i traded my vehicle for this mechanical nightmare. I’ve used this dealership in the past and my experience was not that great. This time was different. Jose was actually a pretty cool guy process was pretty smooth. Put me in the truck that I wanted.
