The customer service person was at lunch. No call back. I called again and service was not started yet. The next day I called again. Same issue as before. CSR was busy and would call back. Never did. I called late in the day and she told me that they checked the fluids and looked at the code. I had asked to change the fluids not check them. The next day I finally received the car after again calling to see if it was ready. A week later the code came back and was not resolved. I wasted 5 days and spent money for service that I thought a dealership could handle. And I’m no further along than when I started. At this point I don’t trust the work I was billed for. Never again More
