The only person that was remotely helpful was Jeremy but unfortunately the damage was already done. Not sure who else I spoke with because only Jeremy gives his name when he answers the phone. Both women I spoke with were completely rude and uncaring. Worst experience of my life dealing with this service department. And don't respond with the standard "call and ask for Dan to discuss this situation." You have my number, if you care about making it right he can call me. More
