Rude, under prepared, and incorrect mechanical diagnosis. They said I had a blown headgasket and would cost 3k. I took it somewhere else and it was actually only bad thermostat. They were kind and helpful with my problem which ended up being a recall. Came here because they helped me out in a jam with a flat a flat tire when I had no lug nut key and my other dealer said they couldn being a recall. I’ve had problems since I got my car there. Your service tech Jim was very rude and unhelpful on top of the fact he refused my oil change because I needed an appointment, come to find out oil changes are fi tech Jim was very rude and unhelpful on top of the fact he refused my oil change because I needed an appointment, come to find out oil changes are first come first serve and I could have gotten it that instead of driving an unnecessary 45 mins away.
