The employees were very decent they check over everything in your vehicle to make sure everything‘s ok. I took my vehicle in for a oil change they made sure all my fluids were good. Called twice for quote on fixing 2 headlight bulbs out and needed software update per a recall. Was told $150, no more. Was told this TWICE. Brought car in at 715a. Received call 7 hrs later that headligh and needed software update per a recall. Was told $150, no more. Was told this TWICE. Brought car in at 715a. Received call 7 hrs later that headlight replacement would cost me in total almost $300. I asked if update was done at least- still wasn't done. I will never bring my jeep here again. I am spreading the word to ALL I know to never do business here. I stopped and picked up a set of 2 bulbs at autozone for $29.99. Took me 20 min to replace both. Everything about the way this shop operates is ridiculous. I am now out $150 for absolutely nothing but 7 hrs of my time ans a free software update because of recall. More

I shouldn’t have to go to the manager to have a good experience. I bought a new car not to have to deal with major problems and when I do they definitely don’t care about helping the client out .
