So went to service to get a alingment. Sales person tried every trick to convince me to do a 500 dollar payment. Also wouldn't give me 6k for my vehicle even with there promotion of promise of 6k for any vehicle no matter what. They said 1500 mabey xxx never looked at it also. Told them my credit problems threw and threw and still said 2k down plus my trade and still 500 a month. Never ever buying a car from there. Service is still ok on small stuff. Plus realized the idiots locked up my front breaks while test driving took 5 miles of burning breaks to unlock on way home More

I had a service appointment scheduled to get an oil change, have both fuel filters changed and get tires rotated. When I arrived at the dealership and talked to the girl she asked what I was scheduled change, have both fuel filters changed and get tires rotated. When I arrived at the dealership and talked to the girl she asked what I was scheduled to have done. I repeated what was scheduled and she called the service department to make sure they had the filters in stock so she could give me a price quote. I was quoted $405. When I arrived to pick up my truck the total bill was $645.85. Quite a bit more than I was expecting. On top of the total price when I went to get my truck I slipped on the pavement and noticed there was a puddle of diesel fuel in front of my truck. I proceeded to ask someone to check this out and found the fuel filter on the engine was leaking. I was told this filter had a split o-ring and was replaced. I find it very disappointing that I had to pay that kind of money to get a service that wasn’t done properly and nobody seemed to care too much that they didn’t do it correctly. More

Took my gladiator in first service dropped off around 11 AM. Jeff took care of it and had the issues taken care of right away. Picked up at 4:30 that afternoon. They did a great job.
