My husband took his Chrysler 300 in for a few problems, one was that it was overheating and the other was the ABS System light was on. They called my husband asking what he wanted done to fix the problem one was that it was overheating and the other was the ABS System light was on. They called my husband asking what he wanted done to fix the problem of the overheating, they had no idea. That is the reason we took the car to a Chrysler Dealer in the first place. They finally did a couple of things to fix the overheating and they called my husband saying the car was ready and charged him for fixing the overheating and the ABS System module. When my husband went to drive away, the ABS light was still on. He went back in to the service area and the guy said "Oh yeah we had to order the part" they had charged my husband for a job that was not done. Now it's two weeks later and he can't get anyone to call him back. He has called at least 7 times, no one will call him back. I think he was dealing the Mike and he also called his boss. So we paid for something that wasn't done and they are in no hurry to let us know when the part comes in. Terrible customer service and I would never recommend them again. More

We brought our company truck in over two weeks ago now, and Michael is the one handling this. We have not had one single call from them to let us know what is going on. On 3/4, I called in the morning to and Michael is the one handling this. We have not had one single call from them to let us know what is going on. On 3/4, I called in the morning to ask why we haven't had any updates. Michael claimed he spoke to my employee who stopped there to grab some belongings out of the truck and told him what was happening. That was a lie. When I continued to ask questions, he said "have a nice day," and hung up the phone. I called back in, he answered, and when he knew it was me, he hung up the phone again. I called in and spoke to his manager Dan who said the vehicle would be done "today or tomorrow for sure" - so that would have had it done by Tuesday. I received no call to say otherwise, so I arrived to the dealership on Thursday (48 hours after the time I was told it would be done at the latest) and it wasn't ready. I was speaking with Michael again. When I asked why I wasn't called, he blamed his technician. No "sorry" or "our bad" or anything - just blamed his technician. I asked to speak to his boss again, and he laughed in my face, in front of other customers and in front of another employee seated directly next to him. I spoke to Dan again about Michael and he just said "he should have called you." I asked about the timeframe of getting the truck back and there is no ETA for that, weeks after they've had the truck. It is clear that this service department is lacking organization, control, and even basic customer service. Michael is going to end up costing them a lot of business, and probably has already. I've asked Dan to make sure Michael doesn't contact me again regarding this truck. More
