Went above and beyond! Excellent help and service! He showed me where to find after market “stuff” for my Jeep. Found my wave account and didn’t charge me! And added tire rotation to my service as sugges showed me where to find after market “stuff” for my Jeep. Found my wave account and didn’t charge me! The service department has not been our friend lately. Our Jeep needed a new alternator, which they replaced, but they also put four new ball joints on and charged us for those. We did not approve that. T Our Jeep needed a new alternator, which they replaced, but they also put four new ball joints on and charged us for those. We did not approve that. They took off some of the bill, but would not work with us. Very disappointed. Then, upon leaving the dealership after the repairs, the same battery light came on. We called right away and they said to bring it back. We drove it back and on the way there all of the lights on the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. They determined the PCM was bad and it ruined the new alternator they had just installed. So they had to order another alternator and through all of this would not and have not provided us with a loaner vehicle to drive. They will have had our car 12-14 days in all and did not provide a vehicle for us to drive. Again, very disappointed. I am appalled at their business ethics. More

Great service came in for a replacement key fob for 2009 Jeep grand Cherokee; was able to get the key fob and programming without any problems; while I was there they found an open recall on my Jeep and was Jeep grand Cherokee; was able to get the key fob and programming without any problems; while I was there they found an open recall on my Jeep and was able to take care of this at the same time. The service advisor even noticed a small clunk when shifting gears and told me I needed some transmission fluid, he put transmission fluid in for me at no cost and it resolved the issue. overall I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. on top of all that they gave me an EMT first responder discount. I will definitely be back More
