This is the third year having Mid Hudson Subaru servicing my Outback. The service is always done when promised. The previous time I had my car serviced, a second man was assigned to my car. My car has been at MHS now for well over a month. This is no less than the third time it's been in for repair for over a month. (One time took weeks to establish the head gasket failure I noted on my ini is no less than the third time it's been in for repair for over a month. (One time took weeks to establish the head gasket failure I noted on my initial call for a tow.) Per MHS, Subaru of America has yet to respond to them since mid November, and they have not responded to my messages (v/m, e-mails, etc.). New clutch was needed at 14k miles (bad pressure plate), catastrophic engine failure at 20k, new engine failure at 23k, electrical failure shortly after "repair". It was in for oil leaks and CEL shortly thereafter. Now it's in for oil leaks and CEL again. First, I was told a slight oil leak, then multiple oil leaks (thought they were repaired), then again a bad pressure plate for the clutch which caused the clutch to prematurely wear. (Told not under the $2500+ extended warranty I paid for and 5 year warranty expired about 10 days prior to it getting into the shop). But hey, who doesn't have extra cash sitting around to cover a clutch every 10k miles, right? 35,000 miles and it's a toss-up of who put more miles on the car ... me or the dealership/ service department. Everytime I check in, I'm told they're "doing their best" which is great ... in tee ball. Not when it comes to a vehicle's safety, and reliability. The worst part is if I repair it myself (as a "car guy"), it voids the warranty. I can't even pull codes myself without risk. But on the bright side, I can attest to the reliability of the rental cars. I've never had an issue with them 🤦♂️🤷♂️ More

Just pick up a new 3 year Lease of 2022 Legacy and am loving it. Good experience always with Rick D. and the managers here and I'll do it again..Good People!! More
