I have driven Subarus for 23 years. I have been a customer at Mid-Hudson for 21 years. Since Peter and Rob's departure, things have really gone downhill at Mid-Hudson Subaru. Covid excuses don't cu customer at Mid-Hudson for 21 years. Since Peter and Rob's departure, things have really gone downhill at Mid-Hudson Subaru. Covid excuses don't cut it anymore. It has been 18 months for companies to retool to deal with this pandemic, instead, it is being used as an excuse mantra. The excessive wait for appointments and just generally poor customer service have me rethinking the next car I will purchase. More
