Once there everything was handled smoothly. Greeted by my salesperson (Art) and then led over to Finance (Sean) to go over the contract. Finally delivery was handled in a timely and efficient manner by Jami. Once all of the documents were signed and down payment made, a thorough vehicle walkthrough was done and I was able to drive away in less than one hour overall. Seamless, superb, buying experience. I recently had a superb buying experience at the Middletown Honda. When I decided to purchase the 2019 Honda Ridgeline the first name that came to min I recently had a superb buying experience at the Middletown Honda. When I decided to purchase the 2019 Honda Ridgeline the first name that came to mind was Art. So, I called him and said I was ready to purchase my second Ridgeline. When the time came for me to pick up the Ridgeline Art and I had worked out all the details by phone. The paperwork was ready for my signature when I arrived. I had such great confidence in Art that I forgot to go for a test drive. No need I knew I was getting a great vehicle. Seamless! My 2007 Ridgeline had 255,000 miles on it and he was my sales rep in 2007. Thanks to Art all I needed was to let him know that I was ready to make the purchase. Art asked me some questions about my needs and he matched me with the Sport model. This vehicle feels at home. Not too much gadgetry and it has familiar features with awesome upgrades. The driver panel layout is beyond my expectations with easy to read dials. The 280 hp engine is off the chart with Econ or smooth acceleration option.
