Everyone had left already. Jose was on his way out however, he went outsode and spent about 15 minutes until the branch was out of the car. He had to go underneath and pull it out (this was not an easy task). I cannot explain how thankful I was that he helped me!!!! I had my infant daughter with me and I was afraid to drive with the dragging branch! He was so kind and helpful-he solidified the fact that I will continue to use Middletown Honda!
