This dealership has won countless awards. For the Altima I bought, they had a promotion that no other area Nissan dealer was offering. They had to locate the car I was looking for, as they did not have the exact interior color on their lot. They did this within a matter of a few hours and had the car there the next day. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership or the salesman with whom I worked - Dale Richards. I have never bought two cars in a row from the same dealer as I did with them, but with their track record, I could easily buy my third! More

We never planned on getting such an expensive car, but after many meetings and talks with Mr. Kamal, he convinced us to buy the Hybrid explaining all its features and benefits. The color that we wanted for our car wasn't available in the lot, and so he helped us order that car that we wanted. And he said it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks, and came here within 3 days. Their service was very quick, and smooth, having all happened on a very busy weekend- last weekend of "cash for clunkers." On a cold day in January I came into this dealership wanting to test drive a specific vehicle, with specific equipment. The second thing that impressed me was the sales person Dan Hoyt knew more about the car than any dealer has ever known about any previous car that I was interested in. In the past every time I bought a new car I knew more about it than the person selling it to me. Not the case with Dan. From my very first visit they make you feel like family. No pressure, no stress. I had to special order the car to get the exact color and equipment. From my first visit in January until I picked up the car when it came in the end of May every aspect of the transaction was perfect - no surprises. I did quite a bit of shopping for this vehicle - I went to at least four different Nissan dealers. One actually matched their price and was closer to my location but in the end I went with what I considered the superior dealership, Middletown Nissan. And I'm not sorry.
