We talked with Justin on four separate occasions and visited several other dealerships to compare similar SUVs. We finally decided on the first car Justin showed us. He has also called us every few months to see how we are doing and are we enjoying the car (my husband is disabled). We love our Armada and are extremely happy with it. Dollar for dollar we feel we got the best deal both on the sales price and our trade-in. Everyone at the dealership has been helpful and it continues to be a great atmosphere to be in when the car is in for servicing. The service department is also professional and the work done on our car has been exemplary. The dealership is spotless which is important to me. On a cold day in January I came into this dealership wanting to test drive a specific vehicle, with specific equipment. The second thing that impressed me was the sales person Dan Hoyt knew more about the car than any dealer has ever known about any previous car that I was interested in. In the past every time I bought a new car I knew more about it than the person selling it to me. Not the case with Dan. From my very first visit they make you feel like family. No pressure, no stress. I had to special order the car to get the exact color and equipment. From my first visit in January until I picked up the car when it came in the end of May every aspect of the transaction was perfect - no surprises. I did quite a bit of shopping for this vehicle - I went to at least four different Nissan dealers. One actually matched their price and was closer to my location but in the end I went with what I considered the superior dealership, Middletown Nissan. And I'm not sorry. Easy transaction-one of the first times i was able to go into a dealership and come out with not only a new car but a new salesman that was to my suprise and for the first time acually knew about cars! I hate most car salesman because they think you know nothing about what your about to spend 30k plus on and they spent 5 minutes reading a product brochure before they speak to you so they ramble a bunch of worthless specs.If you want to be treated to a different kind of dealership experience and acually want to know what your buying then I think you would be hard pressed to find a better dealer-and for that matter a better salesman! This car had to have 4WD or AWD. On a trip to Connecticut, Dan came to the rescue in Middletown. We went for a long test ride with the Rogue and he explained the AWD system perfectly. I had to have this as I will retire to the Adirondak mountains soon with alot of snow. The negotiations went smoothly and I love the car.
