I really did'nt know what kind of car I wanted. So I needed to look and test drive most everything. My sales person Mr Dan Hoyt was patient and happy to meet my needs.His knowlage of Nissan products and needed to look and test drive most everything. My sales person Mr Dan Hoyt was patient and happy to meet my needs.His knowlage of Nissan products and services was exceptional.Mr Hoyt made a very stressful event I wasn,t really looking forward to an event in witch I drove away (in my new Nissan) knowing I really got the best deal possible and was treated as a valued customer. Problem addressed. Nissan needs to improve design of Sentra. Would not buy a Sentra again. Phil was accomodating in helping deal with the issues. I was not happy with the service dept except for the Sentra. Would not buy a Sentra again. Phil was accomodating in helping deal with the issues. I was not happy with the service dept except for the technician who was very nice to work with! Overall, the issue was resolved but could have been resolved a lot sooner had the service dept. listened to the customer. More
