Bad lease experience Initially my experience was good. I turned in a leased Rogue, and leased a 2017 Rogue. Other than being at the dealership for 8 hours, then having to Initially my experience was good. I turned in a leased Rogue, and leased a 2017 Rogue. Other than being at the dealership for 8 hours, then having to go back 2 days later for some coating, I had no complaints. Then I started getting calls from the finance company, saying I was past due on a payment for the Rogue I had turned in 30 days before. Apparently someone in the finance dept. never in formed the finance company that I had turned it in. After several phone calls and a visit, they tell me it's resolved......time will tell. Needless to say, I will go to a different dealership when my current lease is up. More

Great Experience!! I had a fantastic experience with my lease purchase this past March. My sales rep (Asad Kamal) was great to work with. I informed him I was looking fo I had a fantastic experience with my lease purchase this past March. My sales rep (Asad Kamal) was great to work with. I informed him I was looking for a new 2017 Maxima. Gave him the specs I wanted - color, model. Let him know price range I was looking for. He did the research, gave me a call & my car & paperwork were ready in a week. At other dealerships, I feel pressure and not comfortable. He was easy to talk to & made purchasing as seamless as possible. I have 2 small kids & don't enjoy spending 3+ hours filling out paperwork or hassling over price. I came in filled out paperwork with no hiccup & was in & out in in about in a hour. This is my 3rd purchase with Asad & he is the reason why I go back to Middletown Nissan. I've dealt with DeCormier & Harte & they did not deliver the quality customer service that Asad does. Great Service!!! He's the best! More

She was very helpful, made us feel like family and was able to answer any questions we had and if she wasn't sure of the answer she found out right away. Through the whole process Yary stayed with us and even when there were a couple of hiccups on our end she was with us all the way. Yary never pushed anything on us or made us feel rushed.
