I had stopped going to this dealership because of letters received from the sales department saying “We need your Toyota Prius” , sell us your car and buy a new one from us. NO. NO. NO. Note to sales department- these letters convince me to purchase elsewhere. In case you, Middletown Toyota sales manager, son in law of the owner, don’t get it, I take care of my car because I need it. I don’t want more loans or a newer car. I enjoy my car. When you send these multiple letters, trying to get me to buy a different car, I wonder if I can trust your business at all. Service dept- yes Sales dept - no More
