I live out of town from this dealership and inquired through their site about a bronco. After getting an error from both attempts, I called and spoke to their internet manager. I explained I would like through their site about a bronco. After getting an error from both attempts, I called and spoke to their internet manager. I explained I would like a walk around video and he said he wouldn't be able to do that. When I shared other dealerships could/have he hung up on me! How do dealerships operate like this and expect people to trust them?? Not sure how you sell cars when you treat first time customers this way? Cannot recommend this dealership because of this experience. More

Kashtin was a top notch sales consultant; he was very knowledgeable, polite, funny, and was able to answer all of my questions and put all of my concerns at ease. The finance officer, Trevor, made the finance portion a breeze. The manager, Casey, also stopped by to introduce himself. I've had one problem since, and the dealership had my issue fixed within 24 hours. I will definitely return to Midland Ford to see Kashtin for any future vehicle purchases, and I often refer him to friends and family who are in the market to purchase a vehicle. More
