Ford Quik lane has always been excellent with appointment times and speed of service. I feel sorry for staff when they are asked to "upsell" products. My vehicle has only 15000 miles and I was told it needed times and speed of service. I feel sorry for staff when they are asked to "upsell" products. My vehicle has only 15000 miles and I was told it needed a fuel system cleaning. It's too early in the life of the vehicle to push this service. I can see considering it at 30000 miles but a $400.00 additional charge is ridiculous. More
