Everyone was friendly and personable. I felt like family. Let’s not forget the GREAT deal I got on my 2011 Honda Accord Coupe EX. I probably hugged them 10x a piece. I will never shop at another dealership again. They have won me over for life. I recommend Midlands Honda to everyone. Just go see Claude and Travis. They will get you right! More

I had done my research, told him what I wanted to test drive and since I knew the fair price going in, we were able reach an agreeable price quickly. I spent less than two hours at the dealership, because they prepped the car while I did the paperwork. The business manager worked through the financing without being pushy about extras when I told him what I wanted. All in all a good experience and I would recommend this dealership and Dwayne Smith. Steve Goldstein sat and chatted with us, sharing about his family and some most interesting people in his life, and when we left, we felt as if we've known Steve for years. Inspira Smith is simply sweet and charming, which enhances her knowledge of the business she is in. She knows her stuff. Steve and Inspira showed us the fabulous amenities provided for customers - mini golf course, video games, movies, hot drinks - truly a relaxing, fun place to wait. This dealership has a tradition of sounding a gong each time a vehicle is sold. Just a nice touch. In summary, storing memories of car buying experiences is not our habit, but we will not forget this one. More

I've been looking for a car for the past few weeks now and as a previous Honda accord coupe owner, I decided to call Midlands Honda. I talked to Andre Lewis and decided to make an appointment to look now and as a previous Honda accord coupe owner, I decided to call Midlands Honda. I talked to Andre Lewis and decided to make an appointment to look at a new 2014 Honda accord. The next day I went in and from the start everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Andre and I looked at the new accord lx and took a test drive, after we discussed my basic needs. The car road very smooth and catered to all my needs such as safety five star rating, none v6 engine and most importantly size. I next was introduced to the manager Steve who was also very informative and friendly. After figuring out my trade value and everything else, I went home and talked it over with my family. The next day I came back and closed the deal with Andre on the 2014 honda accord lx, and I couldn't be more happier.
