From the minute I arrived at the dealership Mark Rossi went out of his way to help me. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the Honda CRV and very professional. He was able to back up everything he said and I couldn't help but want the car because of his passion. Once I decided to buy the car I met Dan Demar from finance. Dan was easy going, friendly and honest. He immediately asked me a few questions and went to work getting me the best deal possible to finance my car. They both checked in with me several times making me feel very comfortable and keeping me updated. When we were finally ready to sign the papers it was a smooth process. Loved the dealership and the people who worked there. One sales rep was in on her day off and stopped to walk me to the restrooms. I will reccommend this dealership to everyone I know. I have never felt so comfortable buying a car before. Thank you for having such awesome employees. It truly was a great experience! More
Midlands Honda has a very large inventory and variety of new cars. It had the biggest selection out of the 3 Honda dealerships that we visited. Larry and Kacey were both very enthusiastic and nice and made new cars. It had the biggest selection out of the 3 Honda dealerships that we visited. Larry and Kacey were both very enthusiastic and nice and made the sales experience go smoothly. Larry kept his word that the price for the new car that he gave me written in his e-mail would be the price when we came to the dealership and it was. Kacey gave us a trade-in appraisal for our old car that was competitive with a private sale offer that we had negotiated but fell through at the last minute. Both the initial price for the new car and the initial trade-in value appraisal for the old car that Midlands Honda gave us were in-line with our expectations from what we researched on various internet sites. They were accommodating and didn't bicker about costs and features. For example, I told them I didn't want the cargo tray and they removed it and subtracted the price without a hassle. We were very happy with the entire experience. 5 stars in my book! More

This is the first time I left a dealership feeling as if I had "BOUGHT" a vehicle, not having been "Sold" one. Michele Dickson, made the process educational, pleasant and satisfying. I was provided all the financial options that were available and not rushed to make a decision. The sales manager took time to explain the costs involved and the financing agent, Mike, was all I could have asked for. The entire team inspired "Trust", and that is not something you often find in an auto dealers reputation. This is one time I can recommend a company with confidence that the buyers interest in very much considered. They show that they appreciate their customer, which was refreshing! More

I have rated ths dealer as being GREAT - of course when it comes to PRICE - I only put GOOD as I felt they probably could have wiggled a little more on the price - but we all want that! The day we came in - we actually were looking at two vehicles and had for the most part already done the leg work to know what we wanted. So we thought the process would be quick. Because we bought two cars - it did take approx 5 hours to make everything happen from start to finish - I would say it would be great if that time could be shortened - but they constently asked us if they could give us a drink, etc. The place was a holiday weekend and very busy and our salesperson had 4 customers in there at one time! I though she managed her time well. I am not sure of his title as he didn't advertise that but there was a gentleman named Mark - who may have been the floor manager whom went over and above to make our visit great. My husband was troubled with a bad back, disc problem - and this gentleman offered him a different chair, drink and just sat down and discussed his previous back problems and what he found to work for him. My husband really appreciated that! Our salesperson's name was Maureen and she did a fine job as well. I felt like they should have a system where once she input the info. once it should be in there - and since we were buying two vehicles - she had to input everything twice. The finance person did a great job - one of the things I hate about buying a vehicle is the "Sales pitch" that comes in the finance area - extended warranty, GAP ins, etc. We discussed all available "add ons" - but he did not pressure me on the items I declined which I really appreciated - especially since we were on the 5th hour! He was good to explain why he thought we should do different things - but didn't go further if we said NO. They had "car cleaning kits" - my husband did say he thought we should be entitled to ONE since we spent over 50,000 and bought two vehicles but the finance guy did decline that request! More

Midlands Honda is very fortunate to have a young man that puts the customer and thier needs first. I have never had a car dealership that I would recommend to my friends more than this dealership.
