The staff member there is very friendly and plenty of refreshment to serve. I have rated ths dealer as being GREAT - of course when it comes to PRICE - I only put GOOD as I felt they probably could have wiggled a little more on the price - but we all want that! The day we came in - we actually were looking at two vehicles and had for the most part already done the leg work to know what we wanted. So we thought the process would be quick. Because we bought two cars - it did take approx 5 hours to make everything happen from start to finish - I would say it would be great if that time could be shortened - but they constently asked us if they could give us a drink, etc. The place was a holiday weekend and very busy and our salesperson had 4 customers in there at one time! I though she managed her time well. I am not sure of his title as he didn't advertise that but there was a gentleman named Mark - who may have been the floor manager whom went over and above to make our visit great. My husband was troubled with a bad back, disc problem - and this gentleman offered him a different chair, drink and just sat down and discussed his previous back problems and what he found to work for him. My husband really appreciated that! Our salesperson's name was Maureen and she did a fine job as well. I felt like they should have a system where once she input the info. once it should be in there - and since we were buying two vehicles - she had to input everything twice. The finance person did a great job - one of the things I hate about buying a vehicle is the "Sales pitch" that comes in the finance area - extended warranty, GAP ins, etc. We discussed all available "add ons" - but he did not pressure me on the items I declined which I really appreciated - especially since we were on the 5th hour! He was good to explain why he thought we should do different things - but didn't go further if we said NO. They had "car cleaning kits" - my husband did say he thought we should be entitled to ONE since we spent over 50,000 and bought two vehicles but the finance guy did decline that request! More
I have been buying cars for fifty years and I have never had a salesman anywhere give my wife and myself such attentive service. Casey was very knowledgeable of his product and very professional in handeling the sale. The many times we talked to Casey he was always courteous and answered our questions completely. Midlands Honda is very fortunate to have a young man that puts the customer and thier needs first. I have never had a car dealership that I would recommend to my friends more than this dealership. You hear of dealers that advertise making the buying experience a pleasant one and I can assure you this young man does exactly that. Casey thanks again for your great service More

The purchase of my CRV was a great experience....only negative issue was the length of wait time. After pretty much ironing out all of the details of the used car purchase we wanted to make over the phone with Don Chadwick the previous day, my wife and I arrived at Midlands Saturday to look at and test used car purchase we wanted to make over the phone with Don Chadwick the previous day, my wife and I arrived at Midlands Saturday to look at and test drive a 2006 Kia Sportage that we saw on their web site. We were greeted by Don, one of the friendliest, personable, and well prepared sales reps that I have ever met. He showed us the vehicle, took us on the test drive, and answered every question I had about the vehicle. Part of the center console in the vehicle I wanted was broken, but Don assured me that he would have the mechanic check it out, order the parts to fix it with, and have them shipped to me at my home. And guess what? He did it! I have never bought a car where I did not feel pressured by the sales people or left the dealership after a purchase without feeling as if I had been taken advantage of in one way or another, but the buying process at Midlands was not like that. I was quoted a very fair price on the vehicle I wanted, and also received a very fair allowance for the truck I was trading in. If you are in the market for a new or used car, give Midlands Honda and Don Chadwick a chance to earn your business! More

It met all my requirements, and was well within my price range. I have purchase 4 Hondas, over the past 20 years, all from Midlands Honda. Sales rep, Robert R. did a fine job. Finance person, Mr. O., kinda mislead us on the price of our extended warranty. He made us believe it was $800. When we got home it was $2100. My experience with Midlands Honda and Dennis Gillan was the best car-buying experience I can imagine, short of someone giving me the vehicle for free. I've bought a number of cars and prior to this experience I have never been truly happy about the transaction once the ink was dry. Dennis was funny and personable and, most importantly, never used any high-pressure sales tactics whatsoever. Dennis made me feel like he wanted to sell me the car, but only if it was right for me. I came from out of town to buy our new Pilot because of Dennis and other employees at Midlands (Mark Rossi and Mike Morales) and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More
