Mr. Stover was friendly and not pushy like most sales men and he also made you feel comfortable while doing business. Throughout my visits and dealings with you and Bob at MIDLAND HONDA, it will never be forgotten. I will also go on to say that the Customer Service, CARE is your number one objective, and not a sale of a vehicle. MIDLAND HONDA has also shown me impeccable proficiency, loyalty, of Customer Care, not Customer Service. In addition to excelling and adapting to situations as they developed; having Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) it is very difficult for me being in public, especially without my mediation. Claudette and Bob adapted to my needs and quickly understood my situation. Claudette and Bob also managed to balance both a strict adherence to details with practical applications and a healthy dose of realism... of “It’s Okay, you’re more important than a sale of a vehicle”. It is and will always be an honor to just walk through the doors of MIDLAND HONDA, especially how I was treated. I was treated with dignity and respect even after having an anxiety attack. Being deployed five times as an Airborne RANGER, five combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and my last deployment to Afghanistan as a 1SG; while deployed, the lessons learned as a 1SG were understandably more geared towards the successful completion of combat missions than involving the purchasing a Vehicle. The bullets and artillery zipping by, the loss of comrades, and the bittersweet experiences of such a deployment seemed to compound the significance of my visit to MIDLAND HONDA and engaging with Claudette and Bob. The stark contrast of being a 1SG in combat and a break of being deployed seems far less important. Claudette, Bob, and MIDLAND HONDA is a breath of fresh (South Carolina) air My experiences are what make Claudette, Bob, and MIDLAND HONDA’s abilities stand out even more. Claudette, Bob, and MIDLAND HONDA were able to clearly identify key issues, and impress upon us the intricacies and importance of Customer Care without the need for bullets zipping by our heads as a reminder of the ultimate weight of our decisions.
