We had a good experience at Midlands Honda. They were able to provide the best price on our Odyssey. They did not draw out the deal with lots of back and forth, but were able to meet the best price of al able to provide the best price on our Odyssey. Upon visiting Midlands Honda, I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff regardless of which salesperson you came to see. Mr. Willie Caughman became my salesperson. First, he was very professional, courteous and friendly. Additionally, he was so knowledgeable about the company and its mission, the certification process of the cars at Midlands Honda, the warranties, etc. He listened to my car-buying concerns and proceeded to locate the "right" car for me. Although I visited the dealership a few times to browse, there was no "rush-to-buy-now" pressure. Mr. Caughman patiently made sure that each step of the car-buying process was geared toward total customer satisfaction. Mr. Caughman is a great asset to your company - His professionalism, knowledge, and patience has made me proud to refer customers to you. MY EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH OF THESE MEN HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL!! I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF MIDSLANDS' FOR A WHILE. I CHANGED FROM ONE DEALERSHIP AFTER BUYING 2 HONDA ACCORDS IN 1 YEAR AND WENT TO BUY WONDERFUL!! I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF MIDSLANDS' FOR A WHILE. I CHANGED FROM ONE DEALERSHIP AFTER BUYING 2 HONDA ACCORDS IN 1 YEAR AND WENT TO BUY THE 2007 FIT FROM THEM AND THEY REFUSED TO LET ME DRIVE IT TO SHOW MY SON. I WALKED OUT AND I FEEL IT WAS THEIR LOSE. I COULD NOT BELIEVE AFTER JUST PURCHASING 2 CARS W/IN MONTHS OF EACH OTHER {CASH}. PRESTON WORKS IN THE SERVICE END AND IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP ME.
