Maureen "Moe" Downey was very helpful and friendly. This made for a smoother transacation and an overall good experience. I recently bought a new Honda Fit. It was the first time I had the experience of buying a car. My son-in-law accompanied me and took care of the wheeling and dealing. When I got home with my new car I realized I had no mats. I called Scott, he checked and realized the Fit didn't come with mats, so he made sure I got mats. I know I would return to Midlands to buy future cars. I love my new car! More

Scott (Get it off the Lot) Austin was very friendly and courteous. He didnt make us feel like he was doing us a favor. He made this car buying experience one of the best I have ever had. We never had to sit around and wait for long periods of time, as soon as we picked our car we went to the finance department and shortly there after we were driving home in our 2008 Honda Accord EX-L. Chris even got us a lower rate than the one I walked into the dealership with. I also came home and rechecked the Kelley Blue Book, it was right on point. I feel like there was no deception involved in this entire experience and I appreciate that Scott. Thanks Scott, Chris and Midlands Honda. My wife loves her car. Thank you Jesus. More
We enjoyed our experience until we reached the final paper work when we were then informed that our salesman had made a mistake on the explination of the price. Due to the confusion there was only a 1,5 paper work when we were then informed that our salesman had made a mistake on the explination of the price. Due to the confusion there was only a 1,500 dollar discrepance in the price. After the Sales Manager, Sam Reynolds, had to be hunted down on his cellphone to get the issue worked out, we all left in agreement on the price and vehicle. We absolutely love the SUV, and would turn around and buy another vehicle from Donald, we just will make sure all parties are listening when the seller is asking questions about the price. We felt that Bob Carter was helpful with the paperwork, we did feel a lot of pressure to add warranties and pre-paid maint. Overall he was nice and willing to work with us. Mr. Reynolds was very cold and barely gave us the time of day once we were unable to refinace with him due to higher millage, over 79,000. Over all I would just suggest to go in with an open mind, and take the time to get good expinations and read all the fine print. More

Our experience with finance office not as pleasant: took over 5 hours to buy the car: 4-hours of it waiting to meet with finance employee; we and other waiting customers extremely frustrated; considerable pressure to buy extended warranties; unwilling to accept "no"; told we had to make an instant decision to buy or do without extended warranty coverage forever; not true; assured that we were being offered lowest possible price, then returned with a lower price after "consultation" with "the boss"; the finance employee attempted to substitute a 1% higher interest rate than quoted in the sales department. Overall satisfaction with the dealership and would buy there again, but will avoid the in-house finance office. More
