After looking around to replace a vehicale we had to sell when we left Alaska, I became intriqued with hybrid technology. I looked at another dealer and was left with more questions than answers. I then searched the nweb and found out that Honda had several hybrid models to choose from. I went to Midlands because it is the closest to home. I was meat by some great Sales staff, Alphonzo Broughton and Kasey. I was asking Alphonzo a question about the technology and I heard for the first time from a car salesman the response, "I do not know but I will find out". I was directed to Kasey Green who Alphonzo knew had the answer to my question. Both then went about to point out the benefits and the detractors from the models I was looking at and left me to choose what I wanted and what I could do without. I am pleased and impressed by the quality of sales peaople at Midlands Honda. If my friends are looking for a car I will send them to these quality people first. More

I bought a new EX from Claudette Green at Midlands Honda last week. It was one of the more pleasurable buying experiences I've had. We've owned two BMWs, two Porsches and a handful of American cars over t last week. It was one of the more pleasurable buying experiences I've had. We've owned two BMWs, two Porsches and a handful of American cars over the years and I've never had as thorough explanation of the car, the warranty, the options, price, etc as I had at Midlands. Claudette is a quiet pro who let me buy the car rather than starting it with "Do you plan to buy this car today?" Sam, the sales manager, was equally as helpful without being pushy. The rating above is all 5's but could be higher if you guys had larger numbers - a great group to work with at Midlands - I recommend them highly. More
