I was so very pleased with the help I had with Midlands Honda. I had plan to buy a Toyola but met up with Ms.Laura Glass at Midlands by just running into her on the lot. Ms. Glass showed me everything I wanted to see and told me more information than anyone has ever explained. All this was done if very friendly,not at all pushy, manner. I ended up coming back later that afternoon with my husband and we both received wonderful help from Laura. We brought the new Honda that evening. I have evjoyed the car... It drives beautifully!! We did our shopping, and for the most part our purchasing, online and I thought that Midlands Honda had an excellent process in place to do this. Their pricing was the best we had seen and we had no problem driving a distance to purchase from them. When we arrived at the dealership everything was in place to make the purchase and everyone we had contact with was efficient and seemed to work as one unit. The financing experience was exceptional, due to fact that the options were thoroughly explained but not pushed. Our salesperson took a lot of time to explain the numerous features our van possessed and did not seem to mind answering the most muldane questions. I would purchase from this dealership again due the wonderful initial experience I have had. Thank you. More

We had seen the 2009 Touring Pilot in the showroom and fallen in love with the model. (It was loaded, tinted windows, chrome wheels, roof rack, all leather) We originally wanted to go with 4 wheel drive, but after much thought and negotiation we decided to purchase the showroom model described above. Maureen and her team made this a very easy process and gave us a very good deal on the Pilot. If I needed to purchase another vehicle, I would not hesitate to go to Maureen again. More
Back on July 3rd I leased an 09 Honda Fit all went well until I was leaving and they ask me to come back in. It seems that the Sales Manager made some error that was going to make my payment increase by $3 until I was leaving and they ask me to come back in. It seems that the Sales Manager made some error that was going to make my payment increase by $3.00. While I did sign a new contract I refused the increase and the guy doing the paperwork had to keep doing something with the figures so, that the payment would be the same. I guess a few days went by and when the salesperson called me I told them the more I thought about what had happened the more I did not like it. I wish I would have remembered to request the rating sheet back as I had given them a good rating and that would have not been the case with that part of the experience. I would like to also add the last two times I came in for service on my previous car they imediately say it's going to take a while and maybe I should leave the car. Being that I am single and live an hour away that's impossible and by the way these are scheduled appointments. This is my 8th car from this dealership and until recently things just seem to be different. I will go back when it's time for service and just see how things go then. More
Kacey and Paul were ok but nothing special in that they were not helpful and caused me a lot of extra work. Others I have spoken with were much ruder and the continual need for more information and unwill were not helpful and caused me a lot of extra work. Had it not have been for the price of the vehicle, I would have left and not bought from them. This is far and away the worst Honda dealership I have ever worked with. More

James was very professional and very polite. He was very thorough and if there was information he didn't know, he plainly told me and acquired the information for me in a very timely manner.
