This was the best car buying experiance I have ever had. The car was at such a good price that I could not beleive even with it being certified. There were very impersonal until we met Nancy and Paul at Midlands Honda. Clearly these people and this organisation have a bit more business savvy. A lot of personal service and entrepeneural flair. The whole sales experience was great, they understood our requirements and constraints, and finally we signed a mutually benefcial deal on the first day we went there. Claudette was my Salesperson. I had not purchased a new car in almost 21 years because I had a Honda (Civic 1988, manual transmission)really great cars! There weren't any 2009 Civics with manual transmission (what I wanted) on the lot at the time so, I went for a test drive in an automatic version of the car I wanted. Claudette made some calls and did some research to find me a 2009 Civic with a manual transmission within the state or at least 100 miles away. She found the car of my dreams (black 2009 Civic EX). The only catch to it was I had to wait at least two days for its arrival. Since I did a trade, Claudette and the Team at Midlands Honda allowed me to drive the automatic version until my car arrived. My car arrived exactly when they said it would and I love it! So I want to say thanks again to Claudette and the Midlands Honda Team for making my purchase a pleasant and exciting one. More
