Upon my arrival at the dealership to purchase the vehicle I f I purchased a 2008 Chevy Impala SS that was listed as "almost new" on the Internet. Upon my arrival at the dealership to purchase the vehicle I first noticed where someone had attempted to repair the rear bumper. It had deep sand paper scratch marks and the paint did not match. I asked the sales person if the vehicle had ever been wrecked or in a collision and guess what he said... "No"! He told me that they attempt to fix any minor scratches or dings and that is why the color did match. They attempted to make me happy by offering a $500.00 discount for the mismatched bumper and illegal tint that was on all of the windows. When I got home with the vehicle I continued to notice more and more bodywork that had been done to the vehicle so I took it to my local body shop. They showed me where the whole side of the vehicle had been re-painted, were some paint had ran from over spraying around the hood and door handles, and even where some BONDO had been used!!!! There was a bad vibration in the tires so I left the body shop and took it to the local tire store to have them rotated and balanced. Much to my surprise all four tires were worn to the steel belts on the inside of the tire making it impossible to see unless the vehicle was on a lift. I immediately called the sales person and advised him of my concerns. He informed me that I had purchased the vehicle "AS IS" and told me that there was nothing that he could or would do to help me in my situation. I called back and asked to speak with the manager but guess what... It has been five days now and I have not had a return call as of yet. The bottom line is this... If you are thinking of buying a used vehicle from Midlands Honda you had better take it to your local mechanic to have it closely inspected before you pay for it. They will LIE, CHEAT, and almost STEAL to close the deal. BE CAREFULL!!!!!!! More

I have just leased my second Pilot and the experience was perfect. He is friendly, personable, and goes out of his way to make the financial portion of the sales experience as painless as possible. Even though he had no chance of actually selling her a car, Mr. Branham still took the time to answer questions, look up some book values and assured us it was a good deal. He recommended getting a Carfax which we did and it turns out the car had been in an accident. We feel like smarter shoppers now thanks to him. Thank you! More
I visited this dealership to look at used cars because I was interested in purchasing a car for my grand daughter. He was very polite and concerned about making sure we had all the information we needed in order to make a sound decision. He showed us several cars and expained the difference between them. Bob Carter also assisted with explaining the information. I have visited several dealerships and found that by far these salesmen were the most knowledgeable and friendly. They immediately put our concerns and needs ahead of just selling a car. I have purchased from them before. That is one of the resons I went back to them. They are the "BEST" More
Although it was an exceptionally busy day for salespeople, Doug acted as if we were his only customers. We were not sure of the model we wanted, or even that we wanted a new rather than used vehi salespeople, Doug acted as if we were his only customers. We were not sure of the model we wanted, or even that we wanted a new rather than used vehicle, so we test-drove over half a dozen cars and crossover SUVs, taking several hours to decide. Then, we had to compare one model to another, to see which one we could get the better deal on. During this whole time, Doug was patient, friendly, courteous, and helpful, making it seem like he had all day to assist us. He went over and above the effort many salespeople would have made, and we greatly appreciated his assistance. More
I initially spoke with Mike on the phone about a Suzuki Grand Vitara that I saw on Auto Trader and the Midland Honda website which I must say is more advanced than other dealerships. We set up an appointment for me to come see the vehicle but I decided to come a day earlier where I met Mark upon entering the dealership. We discussed the Suzuki and the price (which was listed different on the internet) than what he was working with for the day. He excused himself and checked the price I quoted and came back to say I was correct. I test drove the vehicle but was still undecided about making the purchase and trading in another vehicle. Since the price was so low I asked about holding the vehicle and we came up with a deposit that I could live with. (Glad I did as other customers came in that day for the same vehicle) Mark also assisted me with starting my credit check for possible financing through one of their banks. Within the next 2 days Steven from the finance department contacted me to follow up on the credit check and financing and to inform me that everything looked good and we cold go forward when I came in. Today I returned to finish the deal without my trade in. Mark again was more than helpful in the final preparation of paper work and cleaning up the vehicle. Steven was very professional while explaining all paper work and the fees. (It gets a bit stressful when all the additional fees are totaled up and the amount is more than you anticipated). He even worked at getting me the best interest rate in town which was lower than my credit union and told me to bring in my other vehicle and that I wanted to trade in and they would buy it. Overall the experience was excellent I knew what I wanted and got without all the hassels and pressure some sales representatives put on you. I would recommend Midland Honda and Mark Rossi as the sales representative to anyone looking for a good deal on a vehicle. More
