Visited Midlands Honda because of a car we spotted on the website. We were seeking a used car for my high school aged daughter. After being greeted by Laura we sought the car seen on the website and inspec website. We were seeking a used car for my high school aged daughter. After being greeted by Laura we sought the car seen on the website and inspected many others. Laura was kind, pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in our experience with her and Midlands. We selected a vehicle to test drive and requested that I have our trusted mechanic look at it. Without hesitation, Laura drew up the necessary documents and off we went. Our mechanic pointed out a couple of issues but gave the car an A+. The next morning we returned the car and worked the deal. We selected a 2004 Honda Accord EX which fit our needs perfectly. The price was right and well, it's a Honda (this is my third Honda and second Accord). Thanks to Laura. We had forgotten one issue on closing which she immediately rectified, much to my satisfaction. Overall, I was pleased with the experience and am very happy that my daughter will be driving a newer Accord with wrap around air bags, great gas mileage and at least a decade of life left. More

Over the years I’ve had some unpleasant experiences buying a car, but not with Doug at Midlands Honda. A competitive price is obviously important when buying a car, but equally important to me is the experience with the sales staff. Doug was not the pushy car salesman I had dealt with in the past at other dealerships. He was friendly, knowledgeable, very professional, and most importantly, he was honest. Midlands has a new state of the art facility and a huge selection of new and used cars. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous but Doug is the reason I will buy another car from Midlands Honda in the future. I would highly recommend Doug and Midlands Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!!!! More

I made a deal with the Internet Manager and closed it very quickly. Midlands Honda in SC has a very professional, knowledgeable staff. Internet dealing is truly the best way to go! I purchased a 2008 Chevy Impala SS that was listed as I purchased a 2008 Chevy Impala SS that was listed as "almost new" on the Internet. Upon my arrival at the dealership to purchase the vehicle I f I purchased a 2008 Chevy Impala SS that was listed as "almost new" on the Internet. Upon my arrival at the dealership to purchase the vehicle I first noticed where someone had attempted to repair the rear bumper. It had deep sand paper scratch marks and the paint did not match. I asked the sales person if the vehicle had ever been wrecked or in a collision and guess what he said... "No"! He told me that they attempt to fix any minor scratches or dings and that is why the color did match. They attempted to make me happy by offering a $500.00 discount for the mismatched bumper and illegal tint that was on all of the windows. When I got home with the vehicle I continued to notice more and more bodywork that had been done to the vehicle so I took it to my local body shop. They showed me where the whole side of the vehicle had been re-painted, were some paint had ran from over spraying around the hood and door handles, and even where some BONDO had been used!!!! There was a bad vibration in the tires so I left the body shop and took it to the local tire store to have them rotated and balanced. Much to my surprise all four tires were worn to the steel belts on the inside of the tire making it impossible to see unless the vehicle was on a lift. I immediately called the sales person and advised him of my concerns. He informed me that I had purchased the vehicle "AS IS" and told me that there was nothing that he could or would do to help me in my situation. I called back and asked to speak with the manager but guess what... It has been five days now and I have not had a return call as of yet. The bottom line is this... If you are thinking of buying a used vehicle from Midlands Honda you had better take it to your local mechanic to have it closely inspected before you pay for it. They will LIE, CHEAT, and almost STEAL to close the deal. BE CAREFULL!!!!!!! More

I have just leased my second Pilot and the experience was perfect.
