I drove into this dealership "to look" out of curioisity (a new car in mind) to see what Honda had to offer in the Accords and Civics. Mark Rossi was standing outside and shook my hand and ask me 'how can (a new car in mind) to see what Honda had to offer in the Accords and Civics. We test drove a 2009 Honda Accord and went back to the dealership. We went back inside and he simply asked me "is there anything else I can help you with"? I was "shocked" he did not pressure me or "beg" me as previous sales staff had done specifically at Capital Chevrolet. I told him the situation I was in with my current vehicle and told him I was not really sure that he could help me. He said I will be right back. I told him the payment amount I was looking for and he came back with a "no brainer" deal for me. Because of Mark Rossi's professionalism, no pressure manner, I purchased my very first "dream car" in my life! I never thought this was possible. He focused on "me and my needs" and not his own. This sale was all about me. I have never, ever, had a such a "Fine Dining Experience" as I did Saturday, the 4th of April This day will be remembered by me for all time. No comparison to Jim Hudson or Capital Chevrolet. They can eat their hearts out! I have found my once in a lifetime car, and an awesome dealership that exceeded my expectations! Our initiatial visit was to get service for our 8yr old Accord. But after looking around the showroom we started asking questions about the 2009 Accord. It was wonderful, we ended up purchasing a new 2009 Accord and look forward to all the benefits of driving a car that we know from experience is the best. Our sales consultant answered all our questions and was willing to take extra time to answer some we didn't ask. After the purchase she stayed with us and walked us through every step of operation, maintanence & care and made helpful suggestions on our purchase. Xavier showed excellent care and concern for my dilema and offered several solutions to help me decide my next move. In the end, I purchased a used car from Midlands Honda under the guiding hand of Xavier and I am very pleased with the outcome. Midlands Honda has a beautiful brand new facility, and it was easy to find, go into, and shop at. Mark Rossi was our salesperson. He found the exact car we were looking for and had it ready with all the options installed on the day of delivery. We would do business again with Mark, because of his professional image, knowledge, personable manner. Bob Carter helped us in the business office. Bob knows banking. He was able to beat the rate our bank had approved us for saving us quite a bit in finance charges. He explained the paperwork and options in an easy to understand and friendly manner making the deal processing pleasant and painless. We will buy our next car at Midlands Honda as result of our experience this time. More

On 29 March,I was told by the CFO that 3.9% financing was not available for Accord model. Was not told this by sales assoc. Honda.com says it is available.
