WARRANTY PROGRAM WORKS!!!!!!! Chris went above and beyond to provide a place for us to show case our clubs vehicles for our monthly car meet. We got to meet a lot of the employees, check out the new 2017 Si, and we gained a new member within the whole process. Midlands Honda has always treated me and my Civic Si really well, and continues to be my favorite Honda location to get service done and to buy parts. Chris did an awesome job with organization and making all of the group members comfortable throughout the meet. More
Dishonest, rip-off's! My 27 year old daughter took her Honda, which is under warranty to Midland's Honda today after having the problem diagnosed by two reputable auto mech My 27 year old daughter took her Honda, which is under warranty to Midland's Honda today after having the problem diagnosed by two reputable auto mechanics. Your service department kept her waiting for hours, then proceeded to tell her all of the "problems" her car had, none of which was covered by the warranty! Fortunately, she wasn't gullible enough to take your word for it and she demanded her car back. Your dealership then said she couldn't get her car because she signed papers (she signed nothing). The two mechanics who diagnosed the problem earlier called and your dealership wouldn't listen to them and now they will not be sending anyone to your place of business. You all are dishonest, and tried to rip-off a female, because you thought you could pull the wool over her eyes....well, this one didn't work. We are warning everyone to steer away from your place of business!! No-one wants to do any kind of business with dis-honest people! My daughter's car is covered by the Honda warranty and you refused to honor it. Honda will be hearing about your dishonesty! More

I'm a widow and he has helped me immensely over the last 6-7 years. He is honest, up front and is very, very customer orientated. he consistently checks on me and keeps me posted while I'm waiting for my car. He explains all to me that service department has done and also advises me when my next service maintenance is due and what to expect and ball park figure of cost. He always answers my emails to him even tho I know how busy he is and is willing to explain things to me when I have questions. I have asked his advise/opinion of the HR-V that I'm interested in, always facts and no bull with him. I truly trust him and appreciate him and value his opinion. Honda should be very, very proud to have such a wonderful person representing them. Kudos to Miguel and Honda. Please make sure Miguel sees this and please put I. His personnel file. Thanks!!!! More
Great rental experience! I am filing this review under service because it seems like the most appropriate category for this review. I was very impressed with the rental exper I am filing this review under service because it seems like the most appropriate category for this review. I was very impressed with the rental experience that I had with Midlands Honda. I wanted a vehicle to travel up to DC for the weekend and I really wanted a Honda (since I am planning to buy one next year). I contacted Ray at Midlands and he was able to quickly provide me a quote. It was very good. On the day of the rental, he even called me to confirm the reservation. That was very good customer service. He informed me that the Civic (which I reserved) was not available and they were going to upgrade me at no cost to the Accord. When i got to the dealership, the checkout process couldn't have been simpler. The deposit was $100 and that's it. The car I was given was absolutely awesome! It was an Accord EX-L Coupe with all the bells and whistles. Only thing it didn't have was Honda Sensing (and those are hard to come by). That would have been great on a road trip. The only issue I had with the car was the remote transmitter battery was low. I had to replace it. It would have probably been fine but I am anal about things like that. I will be using them again when I go out of town! I really hope the next time, the new Civic is available. I really really want to try that out. More
Worst Service Center Called Teresa to help our daughter who was stranded in Columbia and she assured us at 6 AM on Saturday morning that they would call a towing company a Called Teresa to help our daughter who was stranded in Columbia and she assured us at 6 AM on Saturday morning that they would call a towing company and pick up the car. At 7:30 she stated that they wound be there soon. After not hearing back from her and not getting a call from the towing company, called a local towing company and was told that they were originally contacted to get the car but Midland called it off. After wasting 5 hours and no explanation from Midland took it to another service center. Thanks to Midland, our daugther is now stuck in Columbia and we have to go pick her up. Worst service experience ever and a totally incompetent staff. More
