Victoria Charles greeted us in the parking lot with a big smile and a lot of patience. We were shopping for a new car, knew exactly what we wanted and what price we wanted to pay. My son and my ex-husband were with me to assist me in decision making that day. We didn't have much time to negotiate or haggle over pricing and expressed that immediately. Victoria was able to make a deal quickly with us and close it that day. Your sales staff were all very friendly. Angel, in particular, had to work closely with me to get the best financing. I really felt like both Victoria and Angel were working hard as my advocate to ensure the best deal for me. Best Dealer experience ever I had talked to Alicia at Midlands Mazda for over a week trying to set up an appointment and after getting to the dealer with a price in mind, we walk I had talked to Alicia at Midlands Mazda for over a week trying to set up an appointment and after getting to the dealer with a price in mind, we walked in and talked with Lewis and within 10 minutes the GM manager Steve walked over and asked what we wanted to do and we told him and he said sign here and that was it. I have bought 32 vehicles in over 35 years of driving and never experienced this type of wonderful negotiations. I highly recommend this dealership and I will truly recommend them to friends, family and coworkers. Truly a great experience!!!!!!! More

Worst Experience Ever We got our car on July 2nd and the dealership has messed up and had us resign our paperwork 4 times. Very happy with my AWD CX 5 Victoria is excellent. I asked the impossible and she said, no problem- they could find the vehicle I wanted with the packages I wanted AND offered to Victoria is excellent. Once the paperwork was done, Victoria was still there, keeping me updated through the location and delivery of my vehicle from an out-of-state dealer.
