Super Happy Happy Happy with my Mazda3 Hatchback! Shane is a fantastic salesman - He wasn't pushy. He was very informative and kept us laughing. He went above and beyond to find us the perfect car - and DID! I couldn't be happier with the purchase! I must have asked a million questions but he made sure every question was answered, and that we were 100% happy with the decision. He even stayed a few hours late on a Saturday night - which I'm very appreciative. Alan made the final paperwork process quick and painless and answered all of my questions. He explained the warranty and broke the prices down to help me better understand - thank you! Angel is very polite and made sure all questions were answered. He makes sure everyone is happy when they walk through the door! Angel is the price negotiator - he helped me stay within my budget. We even went back to the dealership the following Monday after the purchase, and Alan came out to say hi and chatted with us for a bit. Super great group of people at the dealership! Shane and Jonathan went over every function in the car with us. They helped us sync my phone, showed us how to use navigation, dual a/c, the works. They both made sure we left the dealership feeling confident and knowledgable. These guys are amazing! Couldn't be more pleased! (-: This was a friendly, relaxed, and comfortable car-buying experience. I felt like I was conversing with friends at home instead of salespeople at a de This was a friendly, relaxed, and comfortable car-buying experience. I felt like I was conversing with friends at home instead of salespeople at a dealership (I know, hard to believe, but I assure you it's truth!) Angel created an atmosphere that put me, the customer, in control instead of the traditional vice-versa. He listened to me, "heard" me, and delivered me exactly the car that wanted at the precise price that I wanted. The amount given for my trade-in was so fair that I would never go anywhere else. Jonathan was professional from start to finish. He took his time to clearly explain every detail and feature of my car and answered all of my questions as if he had built the car himself; very knowledgeable. The finance guy made the paper processing both swift and smooth. Again, I didn't feel pressured at any point during my time here. He even made it a point to say hi to me when I came back to get my car detailed. Thanks! Bottom line: THIS is the car dealership to go to and Angel and Jonathan are fantastic. Midlands Mazda will change the way you think about a "traditional" car buying experience. I highly recommend x 100! More
