Excellent Customer Service This was my first time buying a new car on my own and I learned pretty fast from talking with other car dealerships that they won't work with you. So This was my first time buying a new car on my own and I learned pretty fast from talking with other car dealerships that they won't work with you. So on a whim I pulled into Midlands Mazda and Jonathan Fink came out and gave me an excellent deal on a Mazda 3 iSport Sedan. I told him where I was at with my budget plus trade and he totally worked with me in getting in a car I wanted. If I didn't like something in a trim or didn't feel comfortable with a trim he would bring out another car and say, "How do you like this?" He fought for me and he definitely went beyond to make sure I left happy in a car I wanted. The other car dealerships in the Columbia area basically had a "take it or leave it" mentality and wouldn't work with me with different trims or price. I definitely appreciated what he did and the add-on's he offered to make sure I was 100% happy. Also, he does the best test drive in Columbia. Just saying! More

Awesome experience I called Midlands Mazda to only inquire about a car I had so advertised on the Internet. I was only inquiring about a car I was kind of interested in. Mr. Cooper took my name and number and wanted to go put his hands on the car to make sure it was in stock. He called me back like he said and told me that car was sold. Over the next week or so Mr Cooper continued, and continued to call me and update me on other cars that were in stock. He sent me several pictures of a New Mazda 3. I really didn't think I could afford a new car, I reluctantly came in for a test drive. I fell in love with the car. I was impressed with Coopers consistence with a no pressure attitude. I was amazed at what my payments were on the new car. I am so happy that I called Midlands Mazda and got the car and payments of my dreams. Thank you Mr. Cooper and Angel for all your help. He was very knowledgeable of my car (2011 VW) and seemed to know all of the ins and outs of how the vehicle worked. I bought my car several weeks ago and he still checks in to make sure that I'm happy with my purchase, and even showed me how to change the headlight bulbs and some other basic maintenance. He also taught me some techniques as to how to drive a straight drive more efficiently. Jack definitely made my car buying experience great. It's awesome to see a car salesman so invested in his customer's satisfaction. Great work, and thanks again! More
