Ward Richardson is a very friendly young man who obviously likes cars. I suspect this interest in cars and how they work is why he knows so much about the Volkswagons he sells. His knowledge is helpful in the customer's decision making. He does not press that decision one way or the other, but does enable one to be made with confidence. My comment about price (good) reflects only my desire to have spent less as the price I was offered (and accepted) was better than other dealers for the model I chose. More

I visited the dealership only 7 days ago and my current lease was going to expire and I had a very short time to get a new vehicle and I had no idea what I wanted. I was greeted by Ryan who could tell tha lease was going to expire and I had a very short time to get a new vehicle and I had no idea what I wanted. I was greeted by Ryan who could tell that I was a busy person and never seemed annoyed that our conversation kept getting interrupted by phone calls. He took the time to ask me questions about what type of person I was and what was important to me in a vehicle. He suggested the Tiguan and I fell in love with it. He took the time to let me really take my time to check it our and test drive it. He allowed me to look at all color options and feature options to make sure I got what I needed which is why I feel his quality of work was so good. I told him he had to deal with my accounting manager for the lease and she felt he never pressured her but was always supportive and friendly. The best part was today when I picked up my car. He spent well over an hour teaching me all of the tricks and important info and even let me have his personal cell phone incase I have any problems. ( I don't have the best computer skills and ya know...I may forget some of the things needed to work the phone or radio etc) More
The only thing I would change is seeing the numbers before a decision is made. To me this would be the best way to understand what you are buying before you buy it. Burt has always been very friendly and effiecient in making sure that my car is working well. I can come in without an appointment and get service evertime. The van ride to work is very helpful. I had a very pleasent experience when buying my car from Wray Mazda! Gary was the salesperson who assisted me and I couldn't have asked for anyone more helpful. He and Casey were very helpful at getting me a great deal on my 2010 Toyota Camry. They were both very professional and Gary was there to help me every step of the way and in explaining all of the details of the purchase! I would definitely recommend others to come buy a car from Wray Mazda. The only negative thing I can say is that I felt I should have gotten more money for my trade in. Overall Gary was very professional and courteous and made my car buying experience very wonderful! More
In the past I've always stayed away from the dealerships b/c of the high repair/mntc costs and assembly line attitude in the Service Dept. I feel completely different about Wray. Mike Jenkins is the best service representative I have had the pleasure to deal with in all my years of driving (45 years). I have know Mike for 9 years and his expertise is one of the biggest reasons I had the pleasure to deal with in all my years of driving (45 years). I have know Mike for 9 years and his expertise is one of the biggest reasons I now own my second Passat. When I have to service my 2008 Passat, I know without a doubt, that I and the car will receive the best of care. It is very important as a consumer to feel confident in those who care for your vehichle. You want to feel assured of your safety and comfort while driving your car and Mike insures these needs are met. As I have said repeatedly, you need to clone him. What an outstanding human being and mechanic. Scott Kirby is an extraordinary service consultant. He always greets me with a welcome and a big smile and is eager to help alleviate any concerns I may have regarding my vehicle. He, like all the other service consultants have a big job on their hands, but he always takes the time to explain the service needed and received in a very unhurried and confident manner. You know when you leave your VW in his hands that he and Mike will make it happen. Thank you VW for two exceptional employees. More
I really like working with Bill at Wray Mazda Volkswagen in the service department. He is polite and thorough. If I ever have a problem, he is more than willing to make it right. Now, when I need service that lasts more than 2 hours, I can count on Bill to take care of me with a loaner vehicle. This attention to the customer's needs is why I wanted to rate this dealership.
