Very poor customer service. My windshield was broken during a service Repair and they refused to replace it. Even though the service advisor and repairman said it must have been broken in the car wash, during a service Repair and they refused to replace it. Even though the service advisor and repairman said it must have been broken in the car wash, the manager wanted to pull video of when I brought my truck in to see if the crack was already there! Funny thing is I work for a glass replacement company and It is no big deal to replace it. My point was for them to take care of customers and not challenge them. Service Manager was rude. More

My third time coming to Dike Dyer and working with Dwight Hylton. Not only did he work with us to get a deal that we would be comfortable with paying but also took care of us after we made our purchase. Hylton. The only service being done was to replace a burned out front headlight. I happened to stop in the parking lot after to be sure the light worked -- it did not. Went back and they tried again. Seems li front headlight. I happened to stop in the parking lot after to be sure the light worked -- it did not. Went back and they tried again. Seems like they should check to be sure the light actually worked before delivering the car to me. What if it had been a more complex repair that wasn't done correctly? Also most all workers were wearing their masks under their nose or not at all. I sat outside. Won't be coming back. More

My wife & I had a terrible experience with 1 of their salesperson recently when we were looking for a used vehicle to purchase. Marcus (salesman) treated us in a very rude and bullying way, & wasn't wear salesperson recently when we were looking for a used vehicle to purchase. Marcus (salesman) treated us in a very rude and bullying way, & wasn't wearing a face mask. The gist of the story is that my wife's initial reaction to his attitude towards us was that he was very condescending & she didn't want to work with him. However, I wanted to give him a chance. HUGE mistake! After we did a test drive on the car we were interested in, I asked Marcus for an appraisal on my car, so he went inside the dealership to get an appraiser. He never mentioned anything about wanting us to come inside to talk numbers, which I wouldn't do until I had an offer for my car anyway, plus my wife has some health issues & she didn't want to go inside unless absolutely necessary. After about 10 minutes, Marcus returned with some paperwork for me to answer questions about the condition of my vehicle & then sign for them to do their appraisal. He rudely asked us why we hadn't followed him inside so we could talk numbers, so i nicely explained that he hadn't asked us to do so. He then claimed that he was supposed to have gotten off 30 minutes earlier & we were wasting his time, so I asked him for my car key back & told him that we were leaving. My wife, who usually doesn't get too upset about things, couldn't stop talking about how poorly he had treated us. Since it was late in the afternoon on Labor Day weekend, I decided to wait until the next day to speak to a manager. On Monday, I spoke to a weekend manager, Jeff, who assured me that he would report the situation to his main maganger, Mike, & have him call me back on Tuesday. That never happened, so I called & asked to speak to Mike. He was very apologetic & wanted to know what he could do to make things right. I was still interested in the car, so I asked him to work up some numbers & also give me an appraisal on my car (a 2011 Toyota Camry, which has been taken very good care of & has always been serviced at their dealership every since I purchased it used in 2012). He agreed & said that he would get back to me. However, when he did, we were a good bit apart on what he was asking w/my trade-in & what I was willing to pay/accept accept for my vehicle. I told him that I would discuss it with my wife & get back to him. However, every time I tried to contact him, he wasn't available. He did return my call once, but I wasn't available, so I tried calling back later on 2 occasions & never got another call back from him. I now feel like they could care less about how their salesperson treated my wife & I, so I won't be buying any more cars from them. More
