I do not believe customer service is Dick Dyer’s priority. If it were then I would not have this issue. To tell a customer that footage needs to be reviewed in order to determine if damage was caused by the Service Department even though the technician stated it was not damaged prior to arrival states I was considered a liar. Bottom line is your Service Manager finally called me back a week later after I called three times to only argue with me and not take responsibility. I do not believe it is worthy of my time to call again just to be told that you are not responsible to replace my windshield. However, I will entertain higher management contacting me.
