I made an appointment for a recall repair, but when I checked in the service tech had trouble finding my appointment information. After a 2.5 hour wait, and knowing I was waiting in the lobby, I went to checked in the service tech had trouble finding my appointment information. After a 2.5 hour wait, and knowing I was waiting in the lobby, I went to find out what was taking so long and was told I was called on my cell 30 minutes before. Since it is rude, my cell was silenced and I did not see a call, although when I have waited the service tech as ALWAYS looked for me in the waiting area to update me and tell me when the repairs were complete.
