I am so appreciative of the service advisors and mechanics at Dick Dyer Toyota, who listened to me when I told them I had a recurring rattle in the dashboard of my brand new Cor service advisors and mechanics at Dick Dyer Toyota, who listened to me when I told them I had a recurring rattle in the dashboard of my brand new Corolla. After over a year and a half of returning to them for this issue, I do believe that replacing the instrument cluster has resolved my rattle. It took multiple TA cases and multiple videos and rattle experts to look into this issue, but I am so thankful that they did. I can finally play the radio because I want to listen to it, not because I have to to drown out the incessant rattle. Big shout out to Tommy Senn for being so patient and kind throughout the whole process with me! More
