I was very pleased with the service, the atmosphere, the staff and this quickly I was in and out of there Saturday morning! This is not the dealership I bought my car, but because I had a bad experience wit staff and this quickly I was in and out of there Saturday morning! IN the past, I have been pleased with this dealership, but this time it started out on a bad note. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and whatever else was covered under toyoguard. The service tech said you're not getting an oil change and didn't explain what she meant. I asked what do you mean and she said you're not getting one, just a tire rotation. I was told to bring my vehicle every six months for service which I thought meant oil change, tire rotation, the works. It is not explained very well what service will be rendered when you get there. I live in Sumter and it is a long drive to get hassled when I show up. In addition a different service person ran up to my husband, mask down and was very close to his face asking where's the key. My husband told him to back up and put up your mask and the man said oh. I always leave the key in the middle console of the car and I did this time too. Finally after several different people asked me where the key was and I told them where it was, it was explained to me that the key is put in a lock box on the side of the window, which was new to me. I don't remember that from before unless they knew what they were doing before and found the key and put it in the box. We also wanted a car wash at the end of the service visit and I suppose they had planned to do it. In the meantime, it had rained so we asked if the car had been washed anyway, just to get the road grime off and the service technician just said to me "well, it's raining out" kind of snappy. That isn't the way to speak to a customer whether it's raining or not. I told her that I wanted it washed to get the road grime off because we had just been travelling out of state and it needed it. She grudgingly went and asked someone to wash it. All in all, this visit was very disappointing. Dick Dyer sells itself as great customer service dealership, but this visit was far from satisfactory. Again, we drive all the way from Sumter for this service and up til now have been satisfied. I certainly hope our next visit is better or it may be our last, and will discourage others from this location. I am unsure of the names of the people we dealt with that day so rating them individually below is impossible, I don't want to rate the wrong person. Kayla Ruprecht is the name as the advisor on my invoice so I assume she was the one we dealt with but I don't see her name below. More

I came in for an oil change. The sales representative said I had 5,000 more miles before I was due for an oil change. They rotated my tires and charged me $25 . Every time I bring my car to this dealership they find something to charge me for. I drive a 2014 and I am the only driver so I know my car and take care of it. There is always something that needs to be done according to them. More
I own three Toyota vehicles and taking any cars for service is never convinient and pleasant but I visit Dick Dyer Service Dept for all maintenance needs because: 1. Victor is always courteous and makes the visit pleasant. 2. Service Techs are very knowledgeable and concerned about the condition of my vehicles, some even point out things need to be done before it can go wrong, not by just by saying, they actually showed why so I can understand and be aware of it. If I have to replace my vehicles in the future it will be Toyota again just because I can completely trust the Dick Dyer Service Dept so all maintenance and repair.needs. They are just excellent and very reliable!! More
