No amount of internet research can prepare you for the routine of closing the sale that seems to be mastered by the team at a car dealership. Let me be clear, their sales team was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. Straightforward? Not so much. In the sales process it was made clear to me that I would receive the monthly payment I told them was my goal payment. By time I left the dealership I was $40 over what I hoped would be my monthly payment, and while I'm happy with my car, I still have the sinking feeling that I was hustled. If I can give a piece of advice to any future buyers, if the number you see isn't right on the first sheet of paper they bring you, don't take another step in the process. They will spend two hours of your time filling out paperwork under the guise that you'll be able to negotiate further once you reach the finance office and that's frankly not true. Would I buy a car here again? If they had the car I was looking for at the price I wanted. But it won't be because of the buying experience. More

Oil change took 1.5 hours. Seems like it should be 1/2 hour when scheduled. Tried to sell services that has already been done. 5000 mile maintenance I went to the dealership without a service appointment. LOL I went to the dealership to get a tire repaired on my vehicle and while the service department was taking exceptional care of me I decided to walk aro I went to the dealership to get a tire repaired on my vehicle and while the service department was taking exceptional care of me I decided to walk around and kill time. Even knowing I wasn't there to buy a vehicle, Armir (my salesperson) was so friendly, professional, and accommodating walking around answering my questions about different vehicles. Well, saw one on their lot I fell in love with, and it was done. Drove in to have one tire repaired, drove home on four new tires and a shiny new Highlander! More

Not happy with what was promised and not delivered. The dealership did not have the exact model I was looking for and had very few cars in their lot compared to what is shown on the website. The website showed that the one I wanted was in stock but it really was not. I was shown one with far more features than the one I was interested in and therefore I specifically asked the sales man to confirm what was and was not available. Some of the things I asked for confirmation on multiple times, were in the end not included in the version I purchased. They were only promised to make the sale and after that it has been difficult to get someone to talk to me about this. It has been 2 weeks and I still don't have an appointment for the pin stripe that I already paid for. More
