Very Average Started by calling the internet team when I saw online a 2018 Toyota 4Runner I was very interest in. Kristen was helpful answering my questions. Kristen said she would be the one who would greet me at the store Friday when I came in. To my discovery Kristen was off that day. I was then told I would speak with Amber. Did not even hardly speak 5 words to Amber as she hurried to put me with Marcus. Marcus was AWFUL! EXTREMELY rude from the get go. Had an attitude with every question my father in law and I asked him. After we looked at the vehicle we were interested in all Marcus was interested in was making a sale immediately. Marcus rudely said "we do not make deals here what's on the sticker is the price we don't negotiate." WHICH IS A LIE. Once he finally offered let us test drive our vehicle my father in law made a comment about how there were only 10 miles until the car was empty on gas. He said "Our typical test drive is only 8 miles you're fine." Then with a huge attitude said "uhm do you want me to go fill it", like it was a huge inconvenience. He did not come with us for the test drive. We are not familiar with the area and was telling us where to go for the test drive with street names. My father in law and I hardly test drove the vehicle because we did not know the average test drive loop he was describing to us and we were on edge about running out of gas. Once we made it back to the dealership I was very unhappy and asked for a manager. If I am spending MY money on a 40K car I want to have a pleasant customer service experience and if we had to deal with Marcus any longer we were leaving without a car. Once the manager came to us and I explained how unhappy we were with our customer service he offered to make the sale with us personally. Marcus is extremely unprofessional and I am unsure how he is still employed at this dealership. Once we were with Kelly I heard Marcus talking about me to another co-worker saying "This is how woman from western Pennsylvania think they can act." Kelly was amazing with us and handled the situation very professionally. I asked for a manager and they assigned me with T Kelly. I'm not sure I believed he was a manager or not cause Marcus made comments like "You're a a manager right I need a manager" and passed us along to him. Xan also did all of our paper work and got me situated before I left the dealership and could not have been better! Robert in the financial office was very helpful with any questions and was happy to keep a nice conversation going as we did the long process of paper work and made it very enjoyable. If I had to choose to go back to this dealership myself or recommend anyone go here to buy a vehicle I would not advise so. At the end of the day I am happy with my used Toyota 4Runner and the deal I was able to get on it. More
It could not have been better ! Earlier this week I purchased my second Toyota Avalon at Dick Dyer Toyota and my experience doing so was everything I had hoped the outcome of my purc Earlier this week I purchased my second Toyota Avalon at Dick Dyer Toyota and my experience doing so was everything I had hoped the outcome of my purchase of a 2020 Avalon to replace my 2014 Avalon also purchased at Dick Dyer Toyota would have been. From the salesperson through others I met and dealt with at the dealership, everything went TOTALLY smoothly. They met what I was willing to spend on a new Avalon and gave me several options of vehicles available to meet that goal. They gave me without question what I felt my 2014 Avalon was worth (I had previously done research on that subject of the deal alone) and it made for me a very successful experience in moving on up into the latest model of the Avalon. I loved my 2014 Avalon but my new 2020 Avalon has so much more to offer me as I found out from being with my salesperson. It is my second Avalon and I am really enjoying every aspect of owning it so far. I must also state that the Dyer dealership met the price I was willing to accept for my 2014 Avalon and also for what the difference in price it was to purchase the 2020 Avalon. I must admit that the sales personnel made sure that I was going to be aware of the differences in both models and they assured me that I would really enjoy my 2020 model even more than I had enjoyed my 2014 model. They met the price that I was willing to pay to "move on up" and I am very pleased that I am in a new Avalon, but also that I am still fortunate enough to have been privileged and able to buy the newest 2020 Avalon which I will enjoy for years to come. I have grown over the years to trust Dick Dyer Toyota to have my best interests at heart. The service I received on my 2014 Avalon served to ensure that I NEVER had even one negative experience in owning my Avalon. I have always taken the service of my Avalon very seriously and never once did I have any trouble in any area of its operation. It was such a pleasure to be able to drive my car anywhere and know that Dick Dyer Service Department had kept my car in such good condition that I never brought it in for service that was over and above what is recommended that I have. My past six year experiences with Dick Dyer Service Department have never been bad experiences. I have grown to trust those who work there and will only consider taking my 2020 Avalon to Dick Dyer for service as they have done and I am sure will continue to do the service correctly during each visit. Trust in the service department is one of the most important aspects of any car and I am well blessed with the service I have received at Dick Dyer Toyota and know I will receive from them with my new Avalon. More

I want to thank Dennis Risher for his professionalism during the entire process. He helped my experience with Robert Carter of Finance be one that I understood exactly what I was purchasing.
