Everyone was friendly, things were going well But waiting for a go ahead to sign papers took way too long. I was told I would get a full tank of gas and when I mentioned that I didn’t, I was told that they for a go ahead to sign papers took way too long. I was told I would get a full tank of gas and when I mentioned that I didn’t, I was told that they only do that for new cars and I’d have to pay $10 even though it was brought up by a employee that they would. After signing everything and going home with the car a few days later I was told that they forgot to have me sign a couple papers, so I had to sign them through pictures of the physical papers, not even an electronic paper. And a couple days ago (more than a week after) I was just asked for my proof of address when I had given it at the dealership and with the place I received a loan from. But Trent was great! More
