I was able to test drive and check out several different models/trims in order to find the one that best suited what I was looking for. Even after the store closed, they remained attentive to our needs in order to finish processing the paperwork and even took time to demo some features of the car. It means to me that my purchase of my 2014 Avalon was a wise choice from which I now reap many fine benefits and always receive them. I have never had a negative experience in that department and am very grateful for that. When I am ready to purchase my next Avalon, Dick Dyer Toyota will be my dealership of choice. I just hope that I will be able to get a good deal there after the six year lapse since I bought my present Avalon. I really am very happy with my car and have only had good luck with it over the years. I keep it immaculate physically and Dick Dyer Toyota's service department takes care of the rest. Forgive me please but I cannot remember the name of the service individual with whom I met and who was very kind to me in keeping me abreast of what was being done with my car on my behalf.
