Great service by Daniel The salesman and Jason in finance. Issue I had was with sales manager Randy. He was at times confrontational and spoke as if I was an idiot. I understand negotiation tactics b finance. Issue I had was with sales manager Randy. He was at times confrontational and spoke as if I was an idiot. I understand negotiation tactics but his first offer was an insult and seemed like it was more to get me to leave than by a car. After some back and forth we finally got a deal agreed upon. Jason in finance was excellent and rest of process was smooth. Overall not a bad experience but the bad experience with Randy and his confrontational approach will probably keep me from being able to refer others to Dick Dyer. His outrageous first offer which included me having to pay a $17000 down payment was enough to tell me his first instinct is to screw customers over not try to get a fair deal for both parties. More
