I asked about oil consumption in my vehicle and In my opinion the service rep is very lazy. He doesn’t listen and doesn’t want to go the extra mile. I asked about oil consumption in my vehicle and how was it documented through Toyota. I found that it wasn’t documented. I asked if he could run my car through the car wash. He said yes. When maintenance was complete I asked about the car wash and he said it was washed. I let it go knowing he lied to me. If the car was washed Dick Dyer needs to invest in a new car wash. My cars are washed every time I visit Dick Dyer and this is the only time my car looked the same leaving as it did arriving. Clyde Cuttino is outstanding. I’ve purchased two vehicles from Clyde and would purchase another one, it doesn’t make since for Clyde to sell the vehicles at a high standard and get poor service from the service Dept. Jason always takes care of me in a very professional manner. I have nothing but respect for him and how he deal with customersOutstanding and thanks Jason and Amber. More
