Overall experience This was my first time having my vehicle serviced at this location. My service tech, Tommy was very nice and kept me updated on my vehicle as it was b This was my first time having my vehicle serviced at this location. My service tech, Tommy was very nice and kept me updated on my vehicle as it was being serviced. I was disappointed that they were not able to get in contact with the warranty department to confirm my extended service plan. Due to that, i had to pay out of pocket. Tommy did assist by making sure I had the number to call the warranty department, but I do think it would be a nice gesture if he or somebody at the dealership called them instead of me. If they call through the week, they should be able to conduct follow up calls for anybody who had services on the weekends. On another note, I was disappointed with the child play area. I have been a long time Toyota owner and have visited many Toyota dealerships over my years. This by far was the most inadequate play area. Having to wait for over 90 minutes with small children is difficult as it is, but even more difficult without a proper play area. A few old books does not suffice. More
