Service Visit This was the worst visit since I have owned a Toyota. I set for 2 hours before the service rep told me what was going on with my vehicle there were 6 This was the worst visit since I have owned a Toyota. I set for 2 hours before the service rep told me what was going on with my vehicle there were 6 customers in the waiting area when I arrived at 7:30 Saturday morning. After being there for 2 or more hours the service rep told me that I needed brakes. It took a master tech 2 hours to tell me I need brakes are you kidding me. Then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to get the work done. xxxx no!! Give me my keys and my truck so I can get the xxxx out of here. I never have a problem when I deal with Victor Torres. So if Vic can't take care of me I will go somewhere else. More

They answered our questions about the services as well. From there we picked what we wanted done and left the shop knowing how much it would cost. The waiting area looked comfortable but we opted to wait back at the house as it would take several hours to go through the list of things we selected. More
