The greatest and most influential part of my experience is working with Dwight Hylton, sales agent and Jason Jordan, in financial. They have provided excellent guidance and recommendations in the process of seeking, finding and purchasing a great vehicle with an excellent maintenance and repair program. The process was an ongoing one and each person was patient and answered all my questions and brought to light important ideas and thoughts I wasn't even aware of. Everyone on staff was positive, friendly and offered a smile each time I arrived. It was an ongoing evolution and everyone including the greeter at the front desk contributed to making the efforts pleasant and well worthwhile. Purchasing and owning a high quality vehicle like the one I obtained at Dick Dyer took a couple of steps and phases because I was not 100% certain what I wanted. The staff was very patient and optimistic and very effective in meeting, fulfilling all my questions and concerns. Everyone, Dwight Hylton, Jason Jordan, fellow sales personnel and maintenance went above and beyond the call and far exceeded all my expectations. These gentlemen were knowledgeable and made the process easy. Despite the time that I had to spend, I was comfortable handing my 2013 Toyota 4Runner over to them and was sure that when it was returned to me, it would be in pristine shape! I spend a lot of time in NYC and since purchasing my Second DD Toyota, I dare not allow any other Toyota service Center care for my vehicle. They are over priced, dishonest, and inconsiderate thieves! Because I only want my vehicle to be serviced by Toyota trained mechanics, I will go to other service centers to get an oil change when I am out of state yet I always tell them......” If my vehicle requires any repairs, please write them down and I will have DD Toyota do the repairs”! Car services I would give it a higher star, but no one acknowledged me for nearly 10 to 15minutes when I got there. This has never happened before whenever I took I would give it a higher star, but no one acknowledged me for nearly 10 to 15minutes when I got there. This has never happened before whenever I took my car there for service. I had a 1:45 appt. I stated “ excuse me” before someone said anything to me. I was told someone will be over shortly. I waited, then a young lady asked if someone was helping me. I stated no. She approached a server who came over to assist me. After he came over, everything was done to service my car. It was good. Again, I was not happy initially, but I am pleased with the service. More

Service reps consistently let me know what needed I've been bringing my car to Dick Dyer Toyota since Sep 2016. I have always had great service there. Service reps consistently let me know what needed to be done and the estimated cost. Most recently Mr Steve Amick handled the 120,000 mi checkup and a problem with the low tire sensor. He checked the cars maintenance records and recommended only the services needed as well as fixing the sensor. Mr Amick provided me a down-to-earth view of what needed to be done. I have no qualms about recommending Dick Dyer Toyota's service. More
