I will not go back to the other, even though they are less than one mile away from my home, because they did not listen to me about my service needs. Here at Dick Dyer, they listened and made good recommendations to help me keep my car running in top condition. I travel a lot and sometimes need my service early to avoid finding a dealership 800 miles away in the middle of a trip. Here, at Dick Dyer, no stories about the service, straight up, this is needed, this is just a tire rotation, I can decide based on their advice. Great teamwork! More
