I dropped my car in at approximately 1211 pm for an oil change and tire rotation. I had two batteries replaced on the key fob. After paying for the batteries, the serviceman said he would wash my car and b change and tire rotation. I had two batteries replaced on the key fob. After paying for the batteries, the serviceman said he would wash my car and be out in ten(10)minutes . This was at about 1:50-2pm. It's now 40 minutes later and no car. After inquiring about my car and what was taking so long? No one could seem to locate it for about 15-20 minutes. My car was never washed ,as one of the workers took and washed the wrong vehicle, not locating mine at all. The manager promised me a call to follow up and make things right. He never did. The name on his business card is Brandon Martin. So here we are a whole week later and no follow-up. I am disappointed in Toyota and will not purchase from them again. I love the Toyota brand but I hate the service. This ultimately makes the determining factor in purchasing in the future. Mrs Zattier Marvin More
