Service I brought my 2017 van in for service. Had the oil change and talked to the technician. Advised the oul change was done & I should consider having some I brought my 2017 van in for service. Had the oil change and talked to the technician. Advised the oul change was done & I should consider having some filters changed but it would cost some money. He then advised the cost of my oil change. I advised him that I didn’t pay. He insisted that yes I did have to pay. I have the premium maintenance package and should not pay & the filters should have been installed free to me. So I paid the oil change. Long story short, my husband had to drive over & get our money back & then I had to drive back the next day to get the filters installed. So we are talking about 5 trips that should have been done in one. Time wasted, money for gas etc. I would recommend that all information is clearly in the computer system so this does not occur again. And if it does the person should be compensated for the loss of time and money. Their time is important too. More

I was a little skeptical at first because I brought a car there before and my sales representative was not as inviting and didn't know what to expect. Ms. Ashley was definitely a delightful person to talk to. She was a professional and very knowledgeable in reference to the questions I asked. She explained everything in detail down to the car I was inquiring about. This is the second car that I had purchased from Dick Dyer Toyota and my best experience was with Ms. Ashley (Jersey).
